Well i know there is a recession on but what an earth is that plastic seats very bad refurbishment on PVL64 route 171 . I know urban 90s are rock hard but this is something from the flintstones.

This is done on purpose, has nothing to do with the refurb, its so the chavs at the back can not do as much damage......
ReplyDeletejack when these first came into serivce they never had seat covers on the plasic this was done when they were refurbished it was just bare plasic.
